Apologia has

an interesting post on the dismal attitude of the US

State Department regarding children abducted by

parents and taken to other countries. I watched Larry

King last night and John Welsh was sputtering about

this too. The Canadian government also has a lousy

track record, Canadian parents turn to private

companies in the US in desperation. I wonder what it

is going to take for governments to bring back the

innocent.
