We bloggers can sit in our ergonomically designed computer chairs and debate the politics of the military, war, international relationships or whatever we want to with all the ego we want to.

Some of my American blogging buddies have gotten a wee bit perturbed when I’ve expressed ire at their attitude and acceptance about Canadian headlines and issues that actually make the US media.

Did you know that the Canadian military makes up around 2% of the worlds peace keeping forces, yet provides 39% of presence? Did you know that this is more true than what Americans read or hear in their news about their northern neighbour?

Just a neighbourly non-ired type reminder.
