Tech Sector losses
Justin Beasley of Barrabas responds to my post yesterday about one in three tech companies going under.
Meta Group’s data and projections are extremely flawed. I would put the number at between 1 in 6-8 for the amount of tech companies that will go under, and also add the factor that the number of tech businesses will grow by nearly half-again it’s current number by 2005 (2q). This will actually mean an increase of tech businesses over the next few years,
especially as non-tech businesses slowly become “tech converts”.
Sorry, I read the article and did a little research and I just couldn’t pass that one up.
