The man who spearheaded the ‘Moyerish‘ fabrications that the mean evil Republicans were going to starve children, kick grandma down the steps while creating tax-breaks for the
rich is now whining about ‘conservative‘ talk radio in an attempt to paint them as our own version of the Taliban:

Senator Daschle, with all due respect, are there Secret Service files corroborating said threats? One would think that after last year’s legitimate anthrax attack on you, that your offices would be well protected from even the slightest of verbal assaults on your being - and that such instances would be easy to display as documented proof.

I’m also pretty certain that the shows you mention keep digital copies of their audio files. Would you be so kind as to publish such clips in either Real Audio or MP3 format on either your website or perhaps at democrats.org? Actions speak louder than words, facts drown out allegations, show me the money.

Finally, forgive me if I sound a bit impertinent or suspicious, but considering your past screeds, it would be “outrageous, truly outrageous” if this were really nothing more than the beginning of a political process who’s end game is to enact legislation that would supress free speech using fear (of Christians) because of the failure that is the “fairness doctrine.”
