A 7.9 earthquake has rocked Alaska late this afternoon about 303 kilometres from Anchorage. Looking at the community intensity map, I can see that communities around the brown zone haven’t reported in yet as I type this.

A 4.3 quake between the Nebraska South Dakota border today was felt in three states.
A 4.5 quake hit Pakistan, killing 10 and injuring 48 some seriously. A series of tremors have hit the region in the past 24 hours.
In Equador an active volcano erupted as expected closing down the Quito Airport. Villagers living near the mountain were evacuated.
