There is another scandel in Canada’s prison system, only the main problem seems to be that prison ‘officials’ don’t seem to get it. The media needs to keep getting these stories out to the public so that the ‘officials’ get some corrrecting.
Warkworth is a medium security prison that houses some of our worst sex offenders.

X-rated movies screened by the Star Choice satellite-TV network at midnight are the “talk of the town” among inmates at Warkworth medium-security prison.

“They are watching soft- and hard-core movies, with full penetration,” said one Warkworth prison source.

“The lights go out at 10:30 p.m., but they can keep the TV on in their cells all night — and a lot of them do.”

“They’re swapping tales about which are the best ones to watch … these are some of the worst sex offenders in Canada.”

Sources estimate 70% of Warkworth’s 700 inmate population are serving time for sex offences.

Warkworth is home to the Warkworth Sexual Behaviour Clinic that treats pedophiles and other sexual deviants.

And is this some new kind of behavioral operant conditioning the average person hasn’t been enlightened about?

Female guards fear they’ll be attacked by inmates who get aroused by the sex movies, a source said.

Do ‘officials’ ever talk to female guards? They are there to do thier job and normalize an impossible environment. Pay attention people.

Correctional Services Canada spokesman Joe Beatty said last night that Warkworth inmates can view mature movies shown on Showcase or Bravo channels, but he does not believe there is any link to specific hard-core channels.

But sources said a change in Star Choice program lineups in the past few weeks has seen hard-core movies screened on Wednesday and Saturday at midnight.

“Staff are saying there is an issue here, management are saying it is not an issue, and the sex offenders are saying it is great,” a source said.

“A source said”. That is because that source would be fired if they came forward. In an ideal world Star Choice could step forward and block out some of it’s services….
