Among them:

Canada’s 23rd death was a 39 year old man with no underlying medical condition

12 Hong Kong patients who recovered from the illness have had relapses

Health Canada Laboratories in Winnipeg found that 14% of 550 people tested didn’t meet current case definitions

Evidence of the virus in only about 40 per cent of samples from Canadians who were diagnosed as probable SARS cases and in about 30 per cent of suspect cases (asymptomatic)

CDC reports in 20 probable and 40 suspect cases, evidence of coronavirus was found in only six of the probable cases and none of the suspect ones.

The conference wraps up today.
