		<description>It would be interesting to see a break down of those sexual assault statistics.  For most people Saskatoon is a very safe city in all respects.  Unfortunately there is a stark contrast between the aborignal and non-aboriginal communities in Saskatoon.  Many aboriginals are moving from the reserve to the city and most of them are young.  The unfortunate reality is the pattern of the sexual abuse that was started decades ago (cultural transition, residential schools) with is still with us.</description>
