Bene’s stuck in a massive power outage. I’m several provinces away and would like you to know that Bene and friends and family are fine.
The difficulty has been getting any news it took hours to pull up stations on short wave. Several phone system aren’t working. I’ve known Bene for alot of years and Bene is always prepared and is sipping on a cup tea as I’m writing this thanks to sterno.
Bene is on stand-bye with emergency measure and could be called out to work radio’s in remote areas.
Good thing we’re friends. Bene is driving me nuts wanting hard news lol but of course I don’t mind.

Good grief!!! BD is driving me crazy. Our telephone are working. We are several miles apart, I have power (for the moment), he doesn’t. He is driving me nuts demanding news. He keeps interrupting our party! The power outage up north has been taken in stride, we are bar-b-queing and socializing and helping each other out. Have to make coffee quickly - while we have power. A bit scary being in news blackout, concerned about friends in urban areas.
