CaNN is getting knocked offline quite a bit lately as the readership increases.
They keep coming back in good humour.
Oh– and to all those who have or still want to hack us but didn’t (this time)– remember, it’s the thought that counts… (Updated Dec. 31, 2003) …
I was reading the web-elve(s) when they were knee high to a grasshopper.
They just keep getting it right, and are without a doubt one of the best must-reads out there. And you don’t have to be Anglican to appreciate them.
Hang in there Blinky et al.
I like holidays because relapsed catholic needs to write. While everyone else takes a break, that means lots of great posts from a gifted scribe.
Preachers and priests posting sermons don’t get much of my attention.
I don’t know, maybe its the form of delivery or something, but I skip posted sermons, sermon pages, sermon links.
I didn’t skip this one. I read it all the way through, went back, and read it again.
This guy’s idea can’t be for real, can it? I mean, this is a joke, isn’t it? There is no way this is serious, is there? Didn’t we all take this road a couple of weeks ago?
This is the route I’ve been taking lately. IreneQ has a very interesting post up on helping God out.
Oh joy. The Bloggies nominations page is up.
Last year wasn’t pretty. At least the cheating, corruption etc. got blogged.

Can I ask you what exactly you are talking about? Come over to my site and ask if I’m for real, or at least explain why you think my idea is a joke. Until then be sure to keep taking shots from the security of your desktop. Somehow though you are the only person I’ve heard from that even said my idea was bad, and then you never addressed me. I had to come by as I normally do to read it by chance. That, sir, is a mistake I will not make again. I have a few things I do not like, and one of them is to be talked about without even being told of what or why there is an issue. Maybe you can help by offering solutions, or maybe you can continue to make bold-faced insults. I hope you chose the former, but fear you will chose the latter.
Wow, is that ever a great sermon by Postmodern Pilgrim. Thanks for linking to it, Bene.
I’ll be happy to head over and comment at your blog Nick.
You are welcome Darryl.
It was, wasn’t it?
Hi Bene,
I had fun nominating my favorite blogs for the Bloggies. I am not sure I really care who wins but it does make me think through who I like.
You are right, it was rather corrupt and people did cheat trying to win but I kind of expect that. After all what kind of normal well adjusted people would have a blog afterall!
Joy!
Nick, I don’t know if you meant to come across as rather mean spirited but I think your reply was a little strong for what Bene posted.
