He claims that government coercion is the reason that CC pulled Stern. Yet the FCC has being fining Stern for years ($1.7 million in 1995 alone) and it was never a reason to take him off the air. The fact is that the public, not the govenrment, is the one that is setting the calling for the "censorship."
