I see that the service I use for my blogroll has been aquired by the Canadian company Tucows.
Tucows was one of the first sites I visited when I was new to my computer.
Blogrolling.com has been an excellent tool.
It’s really easy to use, which is always my favorite thing about anything technical.
Tucows is also going to be offering blog platforms.

Haiti
The President of Haiti, Jean-Bertrand Aristide has left the country.
International troops will be sent again to restore order.
For now the chief justice of the Supreme Court has care taking responsibilities for the presidency as the constitution requires.

1990: Haiti’s first democratically elected president
1991: Overthrown in military coup; exiled to US
1994: Reinstated; forbidden from standing for second consecutive term
2000: Wins contested elections
2004 - Jan: Haiti celebrates 200 years of independence, amid growing political protests
Feb 10: (approx) Exiled rebel leaders cross back into Haiti; capture north of country
Feb 29: Aristide leaves Haiti

God-blog Survey
I opened my email late the other night and found an email from Michelle of Mikaos World.
It caught my attention because it is a blogging survey.
When I saw the first 50 questions I figured sleep was a bit more important at the moment and tucked it away to look at today.
Michelle is working on her Masters at Briercrest (a protestant seminary in Saskachewan) and this survey is part of her grad work.
If it gives a good picture of where religious blogging is going and helps Michelle finish her degree, I’m all for it.
One of the areas I didn’t look at in last years god-blog demographics survey was the LiveJournaling by teens.
This survey is in two parts and you can participate.
I’m hoping that some of what Michelle finds out will be online soon.
