		<description>It is bill C-250 that would protect sexual orientation - public criticism of orientation would go under the criminal code.

Interest groups already pushed this agenda under other laws. ie: a print shop owner refusing to do flyers for a gay group.
A newspaper in Saskachewan was challenged after printing bible verses etc. 
A pedophile took a case to the Supreme Court.
That was under Human Rights and existing law.

It has been kicking around parliament since introduction in 2002.

Yes, Svend Robinson introduced this bill.
