After an enforced absence from blogging because of technical difficulties, I’m glad to say that I have my blog back. You should find it here, but if you get a “file not found” error you could try here instead. Don’t ask me – something to do with DNS updates. Or maybe the phase of the moon. I dunno.
But I do know that I really missed being able to blog. I think I’ve very much underestimated how much I’ve enjoyed my two years as a blogger. I certainly had no idea what I was getting in to when I started. Like many things we take for granted, it was my blog’s absence that made me appreciate it properly. But now it’s back, using a different engine (WordPress) and residing on a more substantial server, so with luck I won’t have to be making any more changes for a little while.
Bene Diction very kindly let me do the odd post here while I was in withdrawal, and we’ve agreed that we’ll continue to cross-post on one another’s blogs so in a way this is a new beginning for both of us.
Onward and upward! Or, as I’ve heard it put somewhere, “Blog on!”

Somebody please tell Richard that the new style on his blog is totally screwed up, it basically looks like there is no style at all. In addition, the new URL theconnexion.net/wp still doesn’t seem to work, so all the links within his site don’t work (has he used absolute links instead of relative links?), so it is impossible to make a comment. That’s why I posted here in hopes he’ll read this.
All the stuff that I assume is supposed to be at the right of the screen (the blog roll etc) is underneath the comment section.
