For a couple of weeks now I haven’t been able to access one of my favorite blogs, LivingRoom, because of a server move and upgrades to my ISP.
To make a long story short, my ISP didn’t respond to my request for zone updates. But I was able to get through tonight on WLW. Cool. I missed it.
And right into the middle of a post about a new blogger who decided to put Livingroom on his ‘deficient list.’ Warren’s World has been at it for only a few weeks, and took exception to an ad. He contacted Livingroom about his decision.
Livingroom not only removed the ad, he removed the company and sent Warren’s World the information that the company has been removed from his blog.
Some commenters wondered if Warren’s World was trolling.
I think he is just looking for links as a newbie, and I’d be honoured if he’d put me on his deficient list with LivingRoom and any other international blog that is threatening for him.
There is a another new blog I’d like to draw your attention to.
It is already apparent this blogger wouldn’t name call or disrespect a blogger he doesn’t know. ‘
‘As slimy as some of the so called Christian pastors in the US’,
doesn’t look like it would appear in this new bloggers vocabulary.
It’s a gentle, smart, and insightful blog, the blogger is not afraid to admit answers aren’t always simple. You’ll see compassion, and the enthusiasm and excitement of newbie. Pop over and say hi to Matthew 25:40.
No defense against a plea from a mind that engages the heart
If you missed the plea to Christian bloggers at connexions it is worth the read.
As international blogs increase, and as the US presidental election heads toward conventions and the last six months of the presidental race, the plea is timely and worthy of thought. It takes courage to speak up in that kind of post, and hopefully it will cause all of us to think this issue through on a personal level and act with grace toward others.
At the least respectful comments from concerned others under this connexions post won’t hurt. This post is to all god-bloggers, from experienced and well known, to new and lesser known.
