Yeah, it's been a hassle, (enough blogging about it already!) but it has been for most of their customers. If they hadn't had difficulty upgrading I doubt this trojan would have been found. Both my friend Jackson and myself were attacked by viruses this past weekend, too. I was able to disable and remove mine before it did any damage.
