Maybe Safari/KHTML is picking up the right one according to CSS standards. Try removing one of them - or alternately move the menu block to before the content block in the template. You know, your page isn't displaying properly in my browser (I use Safari). It's always displayed right before this, but today what's supposed to be the sidebar is showing up down the main part of the page and covering up the left third of your blog posts.
