My department handles the bulk of the flu shots for our hospital. I have such a high-tuned immune system (as well as my co-workers) that I believe we pass along much sickness to the patients we see, despite our extreme precautions with hand washing, etc. In the fall and winter my 2 daughters are almost always sick with something.
