It's tough from a blog standpoint, since you can't cut-and-paste pdf stuff, but I'm surpised that you haven't downloaded it yet. There are enough pdf stuff out there that surfing without it is hard, especially if you're looking for forms. I’m be blunt-why don’t you go and download Acrobat?
