Found this at Ian’s Messy Desk which has a very classy new look - tres 21st century chic.
1. Total number of music files on your computer?
none
2. The last CD you bought?
The Prayer Cycle - Jonathan Elias
3. What is the last song you listened to before reading this message?
Meditation de Thais. Not a song, instrumental. Probably the last song I heard before writing this was from some TV commercial
4. Write down five songs you often listen to or mean a lot to you.
Were it not for Grace - Larnelle Harris
You’re Still You - Josh Groban
September Morn - Neil Diamond
The Prayer - Andre Bocelli/Celine Dion
Panis Angelicus - Charlotte Church
It’s hard to pick five!
5. What is your most perfect movie soundtrack?
Don’t have one. Favorite musical soundtrack - Les Miserable
Oh no, wait. I sort of have two. The musical director for Somewhere in Time (forgettable movie with Christopher Reeve, Christopher Plummer and Jane Seymour) was enamoured with Variations on a Theme by Paganini, and used it to death. I like it enough though that it worked.
And Man of La Mancha. The priest’s Te Deum was worth it, but the movie can’t hold a candle to the broadway soundtrack.

Tres 21st century chic. Wow! Thanks for the kind comment (annoying ads notwithstanding ;)). I too had a tough time selecting five songs for question four. On other attempt, that list could be completely different.
Blessings,
That link doesn’t take you to Ian’s Messy Desk…
Thanks Michelle. Fixed.:^)
Ooh The Prayer Cycle is fab!! Any reason why you don’t have any musical files on your computer? (Just curious, because it seems everyone does these days).
Doesn’t make sense to me. I prefer to load them on a CD. Windows media player wants to sort my music, give me stuff I don’t want to listen too…
I’d rather keep room on the hard drive for games.:^)
My favorite part of the Prayer Cycle is the benediction. Some of the words are a bit lame but the performers and composition are top notch.
