There is a new site coming online soon, and it’s a bit different.

It’s called The Speros Project.

There are about 43 of us.
Professional journalists and not professional journalists.
Bloggers and not bloggers.
And we’re trying to follow the K.I.S.S. rule.

Catholics, Protestants and Orthodox people with their focus on their faith, their writing, the news, family and social issues, and religion.

In two languages - Spanish and English.

I’m excited about this. Robert Duncan and Clint Gillespie have been working around the clock to get it up and running by April 4th.

I’m delighted to be editor of the Culture category.

I just popped over to take a look at a online training course for citizen journalists.

I think this new site will be a kind of bloggers blog/zine thing.

I just got stuck logging into the course. Some editor, eh?
I think I feel like 40 some other people are feeling.
Excited.
Apprehensive.
Honoured.
Ready to leave the gate.
