The death toll in Angola is rising as rapid response medical teams attempt to bring this deadly hemmoraghic fever under control.
It has spread to the capital of Luanda and travel advisories have been issued in the fear travellers could carry the disease out of the country. It can take 5 to 7 days for symptoms to appear.
122 people have died, 132 are confirmed ill.
Marburg was indentified in 1967.
The worst outbreak occurred in what is now The Democratic Republic of Congo, between 1998 and 2000. 132 people died.
