The number of people estimated to have died in a 7.6 quake that ripped through a thousand miles of mountians in Pakistan, Afghanistan and India.
The death toll could be as high as 18 thousand people. Hundreds are injured, the International Red Cross and World Vision are providing medical care, food and shelter as aftershocks continue to hit the area.
