No one I know in Australia is fearful of their life as a Christian, or cannot attend church for safety reasons. Everyone I know has more than enough money to survive, but we all still want more. I heard a statistic, that if every Christian in America tithed, (rather than the average of around 3%), there would be enough money freed for churches to put a huge dent in world hunger. Yet we'd prefer to renovate the house, buy a new car etc. I hate it when I gripe about my own life. We do have it really easy. It’s easy to forget the rest of the world while we are worrying about the things that most distract us.
