Jordon Cooper has had some problems with Technorati and wasn’t getting a response.
He wrote his post at 8:30 pm and received a public response from Kevin Marks within two hours.
Technorati has vastly improved, providing what they said they would. It’s taken awhile, when I complained I got an immediate response from Dave Sifry. It’s a great service, and I’m impressed with their commitment to customer service.
