Darryl Dash is supposed to be in the US attending the final set of classes for his D.Min.

But he wasn’t allowed in the US. This is the second time he has been denied entry. I was talking to a friend in the US the other night about the changes at the Cdn/US border, and to be honest I believe he thought I was exaggerating a bit.

This has to be frustrating. The classes aren’t going to wait, and Darryl has been working on this degree for a long time. D.Min’s don’t come cheap. Who knew he was such a threat? The UK lets him in, but hey, what do they know? These subversive Canuck Baptists eh? It seems it’s got something to do with paper work and the school, Gordon Conwell in Boston. Too bad he can’t just finish up the classes here in Canada so he can get that degree.

Oh Darryl, that is so unfair. I hope you can get it straightened out soon.

When i read the headline, I thought, “Hey, that sounds like what’s happening to me!” ;)
Got in today. It was a huge hassle and I missed a day of class but I’m in. And it’s a D.Min., which is much lower than a Ph.D. I’m afraid. ;)

Which part? The minister denied or mild mannered:^)
    Changed to D.Min.
I hope the profs give you the catch up time you’ll need. All the best.
