Tracking blog trends has become work. There are so many blogs, so much commericialization, that it takes full time professional bloggers a lot of time just keeping up with their corner of the the internet. Enough people want to make money blogging all kinds of ad schemes and networks have sprung up.

One trend that I’ve looked at is networks, and that personal little interest started with a fiasco called Pajamas Media. Someone will have to write a book about that gang someday, meantime they are being tracked at a blog network site, and a death pool blog. They haven’t run out of money yet, so I suspect they’ll be around for awhile longer.

One of the fun things to come out of following the drama was finding a couple of new blogs. There are some very funny people blogging. One such blogger is a CPA from Ohio. His wit is relentless and he is the kind of blogger that attracts funny commenters. Dennis the Peasant has started a series:
