British High Court judge Peter Smith who ruled on the Dan Brown (da Vinci Cod author) plagerism case put a code in the text of his ruling. It’s been cracked. A London lawyer noticed 38 italized letters in the 71 page court document on Wednesday and thought it was a printer error so he emailed the judge.
The code looked like this: s, m, i, t, h, c, o, d, e, J, a, e, i, e, x, t, o, s, t, p, s, a, c, g, r, e, a, m, q, w, f, k, a, d, p, m, q, z.
The first letters are: Smith Code.
The rest from a judge who is a naval buff:
“Jackie Fisher, who are you? Dreadnought.”
Published 2 years, 2 months agoThe lawyer, Dan Tench, cracked it after a day of puzzling. The code was based on the Fibonacci sequence, a mathematical progression discussed in the book.
