This happened to LaShawn Barber of Pajama Media. She posted this:

Rush Limbaugh is Stilling Using Drugs

Very disappointing.

This case began in 2004. The prosecutor acknowledged he bluffed on original possible charges. Bluffing is lying. He also refused an overture from Limbaugh’s lawyers to allow him to go into treatment.
Limbaugh was addicted to pain killers - OxyContin and hydrocodone. He completed treatment this time and has remained drug free. Oxycontin is an opiate based drug and a very difficult addiction to treat - about 10% of opiate addicts remain drug free after two years.

He will plead not guilty to one count of doctor shopping. Most addicts are addicted to prescription drugs, not street drugs.

Any blogger can make a mistake when information is sporatic and incomplete.
