Pentecostal International Bible Seminary is hard to find. This actor lists it in his resume. He is known for his film Living in Bondage.

Haven’t been able to locate the affiliation Christian Pentecostal Mission International listed on the seminary site and mentioned in the article, and the Yeoville church isn’t mentioned in this online directory, or this one. The seminary teacher Frank Ogbonna, has left a comment at this NZ evangelist’s page, called Dove Ministries  which is listed off Christian Faith.com and the International Revival Network. Christian Faith is based out of Melbourne and doesn’t appear to have been updated in awhile.

There are approximately 177 branches of Pentecostals, the Assemblies of God is the largest, with 51 million members worldwide. 
The AoG African site isn’t up, the African Watch page of the US Assemblies of God doesn’t list this seminary, and the Nigerian Assemblies of God page is down. United Pentecostals have no listing either.
There are believed to be 41.1 million Pentecostal adherents in Africa.

It’s probable the church seminary listed in the article is independent.
