Saskatchewan flooding, lending a hand

Jordon and Wendy Cooper, working with the Salvation Army in Saskatoon are standing together with other volunteers to provide shelter and food for evacuees from serious flooding in the northern part of the province.

Hundreds are being sheltered in the Cosmo Civic Centre.

16 towns and communities have declared or may declare states of emergencies. In some areas the flooding has been going on for days, and experts say it could continue for a couple of weeks.
