Gille Duceppe has decided to go PQ update: no

BQ leader Gille Duceppe has just told the House of Commons he intends to seek the leadership of the Parti Quebecois. Andre Boisclair resigned from the PQ leadership three days ago.

The party won only 36 of the 125 seats in the latest election, and has had 3 leaders in three years.

On Tuesday, Duceppe told reporters he’d consider three factors before throwing his hat in the ring: his desire for the job, his ability to do it and timing.
