John Campea, a Hamilton Ontario blogger who runs a very popular movie blog has produced a film called Prince of Peace - God of War. You can see a few minutes here.

A friend and I were chatting in the comment section recently about the support of US evangelical Christians for the war in Iraq. One of the things that came up was the initial silence, while mainstream denominations in the US and around the world spoke out.

Campea’s film is based on a simple question that does not have a uniform answer, “Should Christians kill people?

“But I tell you who hear me: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. If someone strikes you on one cheek, turn to him the other also.”
