		<description>No, this isn't going to win any friends -- and you have to wonder what this also will mean for the insiders' blogs from people like Henry Champ or Don Murray that are available for consumption by the general public.

By the way -- just 35 bucks per year?  That's a bargain.  The current license fee for the BBC is £135.50, or about $292 Canadian.</description>
