Wiley Drake, one of the more colourful members of the Southern Baptist Convention is upset with Americans United for the Separation of Church and State.
He endorsed a political candidate using church letterhead, and when the organization filed a complaint with the IRS, he issued a press release calling for cursing prayers against two of employees of Americans United for the Separation of Church and State.

Good thing God isn’t into magical thinking or bows to Calvinistic temper tantrums. Baptists are taking Drake’s latest bid for attention with a grain of salt. The opposite of imprecatory is to bless, as in “bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. Luke 6: 28

Huckabee’s (the candidate Drake endorsed) campaign people have come out with a denouncement of Drakes actions.
