I don’t think a couple of hundred visible protesters is sad at all.
While members of the RCMP, OPP and Surette had to spend a week away from their families, they were paid, and got some interagency co-operation training.
Most people have jobs, families, and no time and money to travel to a quick leadership summit to make their presence felt.
We can and will do that at the ballot box.
