Recently the international police agency Interpol made news when it released unscrambled video of a suspected pedophile.
The unscrambling technology technicans were able to utilize made news around the world. Police have been attempting to identify and find him for three years and Interpol made the unprecedented move of going public with their information. He went under another online name of ‘Vico’ on pedophile forums.

Tips poured in, out of 350, five identified 32 year Christopher Paul Neil of British Columbia.  
Neil, an english teacher believed to currently be in Thailand is a former student at Christ the King Seminary in Mission, B.C.
He was not recommended for the priesthood.
The Canadian military says Neil has been a ”chaplain and counselor for youths ages 12 to 18 from 1998 to 2000 at a cadet training center in Nova Scotia.”
 
Neil also posted on an international teacher’s forum Dave’s ESL Cafe, under the name Peter Jackson.
His family is urging him to turn himself in.

Update: Christopher Paul Neil, of Maple Ridge, B.C has been arrested by Thailand police.
Thailand broght charges against Neil - abducting a minor, forcible confinement and sexual abuse. Canada has an extradition treaty with Thailand and under the Canadian Criminal Code he can be charged for offenses outside the country.
