		<description>It&#039;s days like today that make me almost glad I ripped muscles in my abdomen in September and am not allowed to lift anything for a while yet. (I didn&#039;t go to the doctor &#039;til a few weeks ago - so I wasn&#039;t healing - as I kept lifting.) Helps to have two sons home for Christmas to deal with the white stuff.</description>
