Something like: "If you don't pass my (budget, bill) without (argument, discussion, examination) that means you are (unpatriotic, unco-operative, troublesome, too stupid to call me on my passive aggressive leadership style) and I will (pick up my hockey net and go home, call you names, call an election) therby forcing you to (lose the election, make a deal with devil, lose the election AND make a deal with the devil, or cry). (So there, HA-HA, gotcha!, don't bother me while I'm pouting.) And I almost like Stephen Harper. Imagine how fully medicated people feel. I think the PMO is working off a script. Something like:
