People that study reconstruction of countries torn apart say it takes 15 years if all the right factors are in place - stable government, the ability to create peace, influx of education and economic rebuilding...

I&#039;m not impressed with General Hillier calling for &#039;parliament&#039; to finish it&#039;s debate. That is not his call.</description>

I only caught the last half of the interview, but I was very impressed.  Here&#039;s a woman with no political agenda, no axe to grind, who has placed herself right in the middle of the most volatile region in the country to try to run a business and help these people.

But hey, why would anyone listen to her, right?</description>
