People that study reconstruction of countries torn apart say it takes 15 years if all the right factors are in place - stable government, the ability to create peace, influx of education and economic rebuilding...

I'm not impressed with General Hillier calling for 'parliament' to finish it's debate. That is not his call.</description>

I only caught the last half of the interview, but I was very impressed.  Here's a woman with no political agenda, no axe to grind, who has placed herself right in the middle of the most volatile region in the country to try to run a business and help these people.

But hey, why would anyone listen to her, right?</description>
