Yes, Anonh20 it is apparant Elizabeth is a Scientologist, and I don't think she should be put down. She didn't break BDBO site policy, she is in a cult and speaks as a cult apologist. Any one of us could be sucked in, last I read there were 4 thousand cults in the US. That's a lot of hurting, trapped people, and if they are shunned or are walkaways the road back is very difficult.

Also, it might give you more credibility if you weren't using the name of one of Jack the Ripper's more well known victims. Either that or your parents or fate had a cruel sense of humor.

Elizabeth,

Your assertions might hold more water if it were not for the fact that you appear to be leaving the same comment in every article mentioning the website. It's painfully obvious that you have an agenda.

User "Elizabeth Stride" has systematically sought out every blog covering the creation of the Ex-Scientology Kids support group community and called their credibility into question. They offer no evidence for their assertion that the site is fake but the amount of effort to make sure they post the same comment seen here everywhere they can.

You can see just a few examples "her" other work here:

http://www.hecklerspray.com/will-smith-not-no-scientology-loving-scientologist/200813089.php

Staff of Co$? Member of OSA? You decide. Certainly not the workings of a rational person casually questioning the legitimacy of a website. Just another reminder of how totally crazy these people are.

I admire the faith you have in the US government, I'm a bit more inclined to respect governments who have recognized Scientology as the pyramid scheme it is.

Grudges aren't fights against brokeness, financially, spiritually.

What speaks to the US government is money, Sun Myung Moon is merely an example of someone free to operate as long as he spreads it around. There are about 4 thousand cults in the US, some richer than others.

Too bad that the horror stories on the "Ex-Scientology Kids" website consist almost entirely of anonymous reports with no chain of evidence.

If even a tenth of those stories were real, there would be a massive U.S. congressional investigation on Scientology shutting them down so fast it’d make your head swim. But that doesn’t seem to be happening. Funny how all these controversies only seem to exist on the internet, isn’t it?

The last resort of those who have a grudge against a religion but can’t prove any of their allegations in court is to make some big scary website with lots of nebulous, unverifiable claims.
