The Christian community in Iraq have recovered the body of Chaldean Archbishop of Mosul Paulus Faraj Rahho. The 65 year old was kidnapped a couple of weeks ago in Mosul, his two bodyguards and driver were shot in the face by the kidnappers. According to a Catholic news agency it appears the Archbishop who had been ill, died  a few days ago.

According to Compass Direct, a site that monitors persecution, the ransom demands made for the Archbishop were different than previous kidnappings.
