I found this on a Michigan forum...WOOD-TV Grand Rapids and Michigan. It was posted by Elizabeth from Oklahoma City. An Elizabeth from Oklahoma City also posted the original Tucker letter. I was on that board when the original letter was posted. I copied it and emailed it everywhere that night. Here is an update:

From Elizabeth, Oklahoma City, OK

Wednesday Mar 12
I want to thank the kind words that you have given my nephew Tucker about his letter. I want to thank the person who published it on its own website at http://www.geocities.com/lettertosallykern/

The letter is gaining national attention. Tucker was contacted by producers from the Ellen show wanting him to come on the show and read his letter in front of a national audience, since Kern has barred the delivery of the letter to her office. So please be watching for that.

I am a psychologist and work with people who have serious mental illnesses everyday. The way in which she speaks about conspiracy and infiltration worries me greatly. I often hear paranoid ideas like this from patients who are schizophrenic or have other types of psychoses. Her mental should be evaluated as well as her ability to continue her job.

I don't like the term wingnut David, I think she is a psychologically conflicted woman who uses religiousity (religious ideation, grandiousity, persecution complex) to hide.

She has no boundaries, people need to speak up.

She doesn't appear to understand incitement, in a position of leadership defending a bizarre stream of consciousness rant and then attempting to pass it off as a freedom of speech issue shows a disturbing lack of touch with reality.

If indeed she has disowned her son, (as did Alan Keyes, Phyllis Schlafly) I have room for pity. Pity doesn't mean voters have to re-elect her.

The fact that she's a wingnut is not nearly as frightening as the fact that she was elected and therefore presumably represents the views of a majority of voters in the state!
