Bentley presents himself as a reformed bad boy who was once jailed for 18 months for “crimes of an assault nature” and breaking-and-entering in his hometown of Gibsons, B.C. The truth is, his most serious crime was more heinous: the molestation of a seven-year-old boy.

Think it’s about time someone he’s punched laid a charges for ‘crimes of an assault nature’ again.

“I don’t like to talk about it publicly because it would hurt [my ministry ].” he concedes. “I don’t whip it out in the newspapers or on TV because people will go ‘Whaaa?’ I’ll say ‘I was in prison, period. Let’s move on.’”

Roger’s face is beet red, he can’t speak or breath properly. You punched him Bentley. It’s called assault. Whaaa?

Update: This was left Tuesday July 8th on a blog from California called New Leaven – this commenter says he is Roger, the cancer patient in the video.

I just was told that this video was out on the internet, I am the guy on the video. I have seen this called an assault & numerous other things. Let me set the record straight that this was not an assault and it did not hurt. i would love to share what has transpired since then, but I’m not sure how much space this will give me. If anyone wants to talk in detail, please feel free to send me an e-mail at xxx. Many wonderful things have happened. I give all the praise to God, not Todd. Too many people have lost the true focus of things. May you all be blessed and I pray that I can share what has happened with me to some of you.

When Roger (if this is the gentleman in the video) is ready and able to tell his story I’ll post it.
