		<description>You did miss the gajillion aborted innocent sweet cute cuddly teddy-bears.

Actually, just because someone chairs a meeting, it doesn't imply that the person agrees with an outcome.  Sometimes an organization will get someone from the outside to chair a meeting so that there will be in impartial moderator.  This is the role that Chief Justice McLaughlin took when chairing meetings to decide who deserved the Order of Canada.</description>
