On YouTube, we see US religious right speaker Lou Engle try to tone down his militant rhetoric he is infamous for. Engle and his friends accept no responsibility for their behavior and Old Testament scripture twisting. This twisting and inclusive sub-language is an historical hallmark of evangelical extremism.
We don’t come here to just give a little half hearted offering, nations are in the balance today…
There are no conscientous objectors, there are generals…
Sad. This really grieves me people need their guilt fix and strokes from these leaders who feed their egos and empty their wallets. The lady near the mic sounds like she is having an orgasm. Engle has her crying about the five minute mark. The crowd manipulation escalates, the language is loaded, and frankly I turned it off about 8 minutes in.
One of the things I noticed for the Vancouver TheCry, is how many traditional pentecostal and charismatics In BC were silent, distancing themselves from this New Apostolic Reformation heresy. Another thing I noticed was the use of numerology. Time after time people try to warn about the truth mixed in with apostasy, and people are still sucked in. Google Lou Engle, and you’ll see how politically militant he really is.
Sad stuff.

Can’t do more, have to do NAR in small doses, it genuinely grieves me and I find it harmful.
It’s one thing to study ‘about it,’ it’s quite another to be exposed ‘to it.’

Very bad acting and emotional manipulation…such a drama king. Engles has the look of a less than honest used car salesman. I saw red flags with his “don’t judge what you’re seeing on the stage” and “no conscientious objectors”. Who does he think he is ordering people how to think?? There is no Christ-likeness, and no anointing…it tears at the heart to realize he’s deceiving mostly young people. Why do they think they have to emulate the hype and phoniness of bad TV ‘talk’ shows? Did Jesus leave us the example of being like the world to save souls? On the contrary! But then again, maybe saving souls isn’t on their agenda…they have grander objectives in mind.

But wait a minute, wasn’t that Jesus’ objective in coming to earth – to rule and reign and have dominion over the world and usher in His kingdom? Why then did he refuse this wonderful opportune invitation?
The church is being tempted here with the very same offer…to lean on the arm of flesh (the devil’s instrument) and rule over earthly kingdoms – and avoid the cross.

The segment with her starts about 40 minutes
into the telecast.
I could see less than 300 people in the video when
the “leaders” are onstage together in repentance.
I should imagine the video will be available electronically
starting tomorrow or soon after.

I googled 100 Huntley Street Thur 1 Oct seeing David Mainse praising Marked by Faytene Kryskow.
Going down to 40 min David Mainse interviewing Faytene Kryskow about The Cry at Lumbermen’s Arch in Vancouver, British Columbia’s Stanley Park.
I was there at Lumbermen’s Arch at The Cry and there were about 1,200 persons or so which is not a bad attendance at all.
100 Huntley Street just showed some portions to give some sort of summary to fit into their time slot
Watching the Video at the Central Library whilst all the other computers were being used showed itself to be somewhat problematic.
It was not a U-Tube where a red line would go across.
The video would run, then stop and so on.
I think one is better off watching this on a laptop at home.
Faytene Kryskow really gets around coming into contact with all sorts of interesting persons.
I don’t think I have the motivation she has
She’s really high energy and talks really fast too
But she’s NAR and has not admitted it yet
At first one would think she’s a non-denominational Evangelical Charismatic Christian but New Apostolic Revolution is not 100% in one accord with the former.
There is a little bit of a different atmosphere I have sensed at these kinds of things
As another blogger Rick Hiebert replied, ‘It is a matter of time before Faytene Kryskow is interviewed by W5 and The Fifth Estate’
My dealings with Faytene Kryskow I see a person in a state of fear of being found out as an NAR reacting in a paranoid way to how I always look at things closely.
That is quite a big sad mess Faytene Kryskow has got herself into

I googled 100 Huntley Street again and with a good glitch in the system the same websight clicking watch online the shows were displayed differently.
This time the daily shows are divided into different portions and are on U-Tube
So, I watched The Cry 1/2 & 2/2
Only the front portion of the 1,200 or so in the crowd were shown with more of what is going on stage being filmed
The interview with David Mainse was good.
He brought the whole situation into the open in a way that would not charge 100 Huntley with libel or slander because he was being a gracious host and praising his guest.
Faytene Kryskow talks fast though
I don’t really believe or trust in what she says
I think she makes it up as she goes along
She picks, chooses interpreting, defining things in a way that suits her by making herself look good and to heck with anybody else as far as that matter goes.
It is just plain talking down, dirty pool of the best offence is a defence
The bible says that there are not many fathers in the faith – it would be very heartwarming to know that someone who has known the Lord and even been a minister for so long would be able to offer her some correction and guidance, through testing the things she says in her book against the things that the Lord says in his word.
…talking about David Mainse in my comment above, in case it didn’t make sense – how it would be so refreshing and uplifting if he would offer Faytene the correction and guidance she needs, like a real father in the faith would do, and not empty praise or flattery. He seems to think anyone who calls themself a Christian is okay, and that everything that is “done for God” is wonderful, without discerning or testing as we are instructed to do.

I agree with you but Faytene Kryskow has been on 100 Huntley Street before and the hosts treated her in the same way she’s being treated now.
It could be out of caution of being charged with slander and or libel by Faytene Kryskow and of whom she’s aligned with
And, don’t forget, with the recent ponzi scheme involving 100 Huntley Street with the employee and members of the Mainse family was sad; furthermore, this is what is called ‘Affinity Fraud’ where a person within a religious organization has a great investment opportunity with different end results.
100 Huntley Street maybe may not want any more heat.
But, still, I agree with you, that, a minister like David Mainse reading the book ‘Marked’ by Faytene Kryskow, surely wouldn’t have he picked up on some things he could correct her on?
David Mainse’s father was a Methodist minister
David Mainse went to Holy Trinity Brompton and was “slain in the spirit”. After that he was a firm suporter of the so-called Toronto ‘blessing’ aka kundalini shaktipat devil.
Huntley St. had Todd Bentley in all his tattooed and pierced glory – interviewed and praised by Ron Mainse.
Funny – they had michael [now calls himself Paul} Young of The Shack on for weeks. Plus Young did “truth to Go’ segment as well. “Truth’? Young is a blatant heretic, as is his pal Eugene Petersen. These folks have ZERO fear of the Lord.
I was supposed to finish my degree at Regent/UBC but the foul spirit there was so onerous there was NO way I could attend!
Funny nb was that Michael Youseff was a guest on 100 St. and he has published ’13 Heresies of The Shack” lol.
