It doesn’t matter if we meet any person of God personally. What matters is the message he or she carries. All things are and can be tested by scripture. Bentley fails miserably. Sincere? Maybe, but at best sincerely wrong. We considered Morningstar, but after Bentleys appearance, no way.

Todd Bentley allowed another spirit besides the Holy Spirit to live in him at Lakeland. My fear is the same spirit Todd carried at Lakeland, is the one he still proclaims is that of the Holy Spirit. I denounce Todd Bentley’s behavior on that platform at Lakeland and how he has, and still today, tries to invade lives with his false displays of the Holy Spirit.

Emmanuel, I agree wholeheartedly. For those who do not know them personally you are only joining in to gossip.

“19 Have you been thinking all along that we have been defending ourselves to you? We have been speaking in the sight of God as those in Christ; and everything we do, dear friends, is for your strengthening. 20 For I am afraid that when I come I may not find you as I want you to be, and you may not find me as you want me to be. I fear that there may be discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, slander, gossip, arrogance and disorder. 21 I am afraid that when I come again my God will humble me before you, and I will be grieved over many who have sinned earlier and have not repented of the impurity, sexual sin and debauchery in which they have indulged.” 2Cor:12

I/we do know them personally, and have know Rick for some years. Our opinion of Todd was “cautious” until we reached that personal level of discernment. I encourage all to do the same and refrain from public slander or unrighteous speculation. “judge not and you will not be judged”. Offer your Christian support and allow God to be the only judge.

How many of you know Rick Joyner, Todd Bentley, or Jessa personally? Well I have met two out of three of them. I have also heard them speak including Jessa. So wouldn’t this make me a better judge than a bunch of people who read so-called articles and make their determination from there. People get a life and go out and meet these people. Then make your opinions.

Something tells me this will not end well….I’m not even going to comment on the spiritual aspect of this, because to be honest it’s a mess, but my comment is based more on the fact I would not be surprised to see a gigantic clash of good old ego. Rick Joyner said that he has thought that at times they could “throw Todd out and just keep Jessa” (that statement alone blows my mind) If I were Rick I think I might start putting airbags around Heritage because he might be the one requiring a soft landing. And this is NOT me claiming to be prophetic or any such thing, this is just an observation based on 40 years of watching people. Oh, and when I said it won’t end well, I meant for the people involved, in reality it will end in exactly the way God intends.

There is a young woman in scripture who was a demon-possessed slave. She earn a lot of money for her masters. One day she followed Paul and Silas and started to ridicule them, that they were servants of the Most High God.

According to scripture she had fortune-telling ability, that came from evil spirits. In Philippi this was a common practice for Greek and Roman culture. Now, according to biblical scripture, the woman could give accurate information. The evil spirit or spirits would talk to her.

Question:
Where is Emma in the biblical scripture? Can you find reference of her anywhere in the hebrew, greek or any translations? I don’t think so. Take a good look at this picture. Paul had to rebuke evil in this woman. Thus, she lost he ability to bring money in for her masters, then Paul and Silas went to jail. Phillippian entrepreneurs were furious with Paul. Was not good for business.

Ok, if Emma is speaking to Todd, I would speak to the Holy Spirit and rebuke this evil in Todd. Why? More than once has this guy been discredited for his healings, marriage, character and such. The fact that he wants someone to believe that Emma is from God, well, think hard about this one people. This guy has things that the body of Christ could view as impediments.

Paul indured a lot of grief because of rebuking this woman. However, if he had not been so bold, but thank God he was!

As for the patriotic stance of ‘We Americans’ and the cry of ‘we will take America back etc.,

Not Jesus I fear but the American flag flying round and about the pulpit.

1. It was a fly in the face of Todds critics and save face (so called) for Joyner a move of and into solidarity and rebellion.

2. It was a rally cry of determination to proove authority and ownership of the stance the platform the people and Todd

3. It was an abomination, an affront, a deliberate and deliberative act of defiance against those that know, for one, that Mr Bentley is a Fraud, a Charlatan, and mover and shaker to name but a few

4. It was a show of a Gods will that is not the Fathers or his son.

I found it absolutely not of the Father (unless you count Mr Joyners!fatherly stance) or of Jesus. Just a use of their name.

A challenge to the very fabric of life among us and I did not take it lightly in any way.

Open my eyes Lord that I may see the discernment walking with you not HE.

JESUS KNEW WHO THEY WHERE AND SUFFERED; SO THAT WE WOULD KNOW.

Mercy came that day but it wasn’t theirs.

It was his in the act of theirs.
