Sun Media is experiencing quite a backlash for this story of a massage 16 years ago. Here is a thought. While the majority of people commenting on the release of this believe Harper’s Conservatives are behind it – what if it isn’t Harpers people who got Sun Media to shoot themselves in the foot?

I get the idea that the Conservatives are madly
scrambling to try and discredit anyone and everyone
who doesn’t fit their “values”.
It reeks of desperation and that’s a sign of
defensive deflection of the matter at hand
–namely Harper’s credibility.
It will be interesting viewing Monday night!
This retired police officer seems to contravening the law by being in possession of an old notebook, let alone sharing information with media. (They are permitted to use their notebooks in a court)

Peter Russell is my new hero. I’m reading his 2008 book Two Cheers for Minority Governments at the moment — and getting increasingly mad at how the media and the political parties misrepresent how parliamentary democracy works in Canada.
As for Jack. Pfft. Seems to be a non-story that has seriously backfired, and even if it’s true, I can think of better targets for outrage than a politician getting a hand job from a prostitute 15 years ago.
Russells vid is powerful, as for Jack, the innuendo and yellow journalism will get him the sympathy vote. People are really ticked, and will speak with a vote tomorrow.
