Saskatchewan Storm chasers

There isn’t much on TV tonight so I’ve been watching TVNWeather – canadogreg’s chaser stream. I’ve also been following along on Twitter – #skstorm.

 

 

 

 

 

 

As I was posting, the cell continue to form. This is east of Weburn Sask. Nasty.

    That looks so scary. Is that a funnel there? I’m from the west coast and we don’t see weather like that. I pray everyone will be okay.

    These storms can produce funnel clouds which tend to touch down and lift up quickly.

    There was at least one tornado this evening which Greg Johnson, the chaser I’m watching, caught it.

    As far as I know from surfing around, no one has been hurt today or this evening.

    Reed Timmer, another chaser was north on the line this evening – these guys do a great job.
