A Southern Baptist mega-church in Texas decided to respond to a member who had a few questions about how the church handled something nearly 25 years ago, by calling the police.
Chris Tynes is a software engineer who has attended Prestonwood Baptist for 14 years. As soon as the leadership knew what he wanted to ask about, all hell broke loose. Something is very wrong at Prestonwood.
This is how to respond to church members who have questions.
All this has happened to Chris Tynes within the past week, and given the defensiveness and heavy-handedness of Prestonwood leadership, I doubt this is the end of it.

If you try to leave a comment or question asking why on Prestonwood’s FB page or tweet them, you’ll be blocked.
Avoid religious intrigue – become an atheist.
Lol anonymous – I don’t blame God for toxic behavior by people in leadership at this church. And as long as there are human beings, intrigue can be found anywhere.
Besides this isn’t intrigue, it’s hubris and fear.
